No windows in the female rooms makes for a stuffy environment!!! Lockers at the spa could be clearer in usage instructions!!! Annoying shoe key system when entering and exiting!!! Noise from disruptive guests can ruin sleep!!!

Capsule hotel experience felt unique and modern. I loved the cozy bedding and the ability to plug in my Nintendo Switch to the capsule's TV. Staff were super kind, doing their best despite my limited Japanese. The nearby Family Mart was perfect for quick meals, and I enjoyed using the microwave in the lounge area. However, the capsules were a bit stuffy, even with a fan in mine. Shared toilets could be cleaned better, and the lack of accessible spa baths for women was disappointing, considering that was a major draw. Also, the socket in my capsule wasn’t reliable for charging my devices. Overall, the location was good, with various restaurants and shops close by.

i had a fun time at spa&capsule hotel grandpark inn kitasenju! the building looks great, and my capsule was really comfortable. i loved the 24-hour reception staff who spoke some english, which made things easier. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the kita-senju train station. relaxing in the spa was definitely a highlight!
